BREEAM/CSH
WM Associates has undertaken over 80 BREEAM/CSH type assessments in Northern Ireland and are able to identify the most cost-effective ways of dealing with existing constraints, and making provision to build in real ecological value appropriate to the assessed site in order to attract BREEAM or CSH credits. With the removal of the code level condition for funding of public housing schemes in NI, CSH registrations seem to have dried up – The simplified BREEAM 2011 New Construction, Non Domestic Buildings scheme continues apace.
CEEQUAL
A recommended vehicle to gain recognition for environmental care in development, the CEEQUAL award scheme, is an evidence-based assessment process that includes the documented safeguard and enhancement of biodiversity. WM Associates have undertaken the ecological work for several successful assessments to date.
